Front open very sturdy dollhouse with some wood furniture. Great for a girl or boys first dollhouse. High quality wood furniture. You could really completely redo for an adult one also. Very heavy, 30 pounds. I thought I had could do a 10th dollhouse but I just don't have the room. Dimensions are: 25.0" W x 29.0" H x 12.25" D
There is a crack at top you can see in one of the pictures that is enlarged but is only 1-1/2" long. The top is also missing a small white portion on the back at the top as also seen in picture but does not detract from the dollhouse looks. The door is wooden and opens and the stairs are all one piece and removable. It is completely paintable to suit your liking.
