This listing is for box lot of medium size vintage mercury glass Christmas ornaments. I would date these lovelies back to the 1950s. In total there are 12 pieces in three different forms and nice red/pink/pale lilac color palette. Per box, they were made here in the US by Max Eckardt & Sons.
The ornaments show lots of wear and time patina typical of pieces of this age. Several of the metal caps have some rust/corrosion. Personally, I love the aged surfaces and imperfections of these pieces. But, please look carefully at the images before making your purchase. If you are looking for perfection, these pieces definitely are not that. :-) The box containing ornaments also has seen better days, but its design is absolutely superb. The ornaments measure roughly 3" in length (including the cap and wire).
